19 Weeks Pregnant!

Baby Bump Update!
19 weeks pregnant!

Beginning weight: 118lbs (lost 10lbs due to morning sickness)
Current Weight: 117lbs

Gender: Boy!!! ♥♡♥

Baby’s  rate: 135

Symptoms: just had a doctor’s appointment today and I got the ok to continue working out. He said very minimal lifting and nothing too straining. So after taking 2 weeks off from anything it’ll be nice to get back in the grove.

I have been experiencing dizziness, blurred vision, and I get light headed. My blood pressure is perfect so he said I’m probably hypoglycemic. And I should probably increase my food (sugar) intake. Yayyy I love food hahaha!

17 Weeks Pregnant!

Baby Bump Update!
17 going on 18 weeks pregnant!

Beginning weight: 118lbs (lost 10lbs due to morning sickness)
Current Weight: 116lbs…. since I stopped taking my progesterone (2 weeks ago) I have noticed lots of swelling. Mainly in my boobs lol. I’m not complaining though!

Gender: Boy!!! ♥♡♥

Symptoms: No new symptoms. My hubby surprised me with an ultrasound. Baby looks great and everything is going good. However I have a concern (and being high risk I get nervous) my concern is that during the ultrasound I was getting Braxton Hicks contractions. It’s not so much the contractions it’s where they are. They are directly under my placenta.
Over the past few weeks I’ve noticed this “cramping” after every workout. But it was really the Braxton Hicks contractions. I’m not dehydrated and I don’t strain during my workouts. But until my next doctors appt I’m going to stop weight training completely. Everything may be just fine and my doctor may say I can continue to workout. But my main priority is delivering a healthy baby boy. So until my appointment I’m taking it easy

16 Weeks Pregnant!

Baby Bump Update!
16 going on 17 weeks pregnant! Belly is starting to POP!

Size of baby: Baby is about 4.5″ long, and the size of an avocado.

Beginning weight: 118lbs
Current Weight: 114lbs…. no change since last week.

Gender: Still unknown…. pink or blue??

Symptoms: I’m feeling really good lately. I’m pretty sure my baby is snuggled up to my left kidney… and my bladder at night! I feel tons of movement especially between 1am-5am lol

Workouts: My workouts have not changed much. I do NOT work Ab’s at all anymore or do movements where I’m flat on my back. I have horrible ab separation so I avoid them completely. I use caution and listen to my body so if I’m not feeling it… I stop.

15 Weeks Pregnant!

Baby Bump Update!
15 going on 16 weeks pregnant

Size of baby: Baby is about 4″ long, and roughly the size of a naval orange.

Beginning weight: 118lbs
Current Weight: 114lbs (gained 2lbs after pigging out Thanksgiving Day!)

Gender: Still unknown…. everyone thinks Girl

Movement: Just started feeling little kicks a few days ago

Babys ♥rate- 154

Cravings: Reuben Sandwiches!! I could eat for breakfast lunch and dinner…. everyday!

Symptoms: Nausea has eased up a LOT! I’ve been getting headache which I think was caused by the Progesterone I was taking. I stopped taking it a few days ago so hopefully those go away too.

Workouts: My workouts have not changed much. I do NOT work Ab’s at all anymore or do movements where I’m flat on my back. I have horrible ab separation so I avoid them completely. I use caution and listen to my body so if I’m not feeling it… I stop.

Disclaimer! My hubby said I shouldn’t post this. Since my “bump” isn’t really visible. I’m not posting this to rub it in or make others feel bad, It’s just an update. I think I am one who carries my babies towards my back. However this is the first time my belly wasn’t huge at this point. So continuing to workout has helped tremendously. On a side note…. come 6pm I triple in size so maybe I’ll post one of those pictures!
